RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is 48 hours. For late returns, one-third of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding a total of 3 hours, the full daily rate, including CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) fee, is applied. For reservations made within 1 day of the rental period, please confirm by phone.

LONG-TERM RENTALS

For long-term rentals, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special rates apply. For information on rental prices and conditions, you can call Doruk Rent a Car Reservation Center at +90 532 436 15 39.

ONE-WAY RENTALS

For returns of the vehicle in a city other than where it was picked up, a One-Way Fee is applied regardless of the rental period. For information on one-way fees, please contact our Reservation Center.

VEHICLE PICKUP - VEHICLE DROP-OFF

Vehicle pick-up and drop-off are free of charge at our International Airport offices, which provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, and during business hours at our other offices. Vehicle deliveries and drop-offs outside of International Airport hours are also free of charge.

AIRPORT SERVICE FEE

No Airport Service Fee is charged for rentals made from Doruk Rent a Car Offices at International Airports (Izmir, Bodrum, Dalaman) offering uninterrupted service 24 hours a day.

DRIVER'S LICENSE - MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Individuals must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license of at least 3 years to rent a vehicle. For luxury vehicles, the minimum age requirement is 26 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

The vehicle can be driven by someone other than the renter provided they have a valid driver's license and meet the age requirements. If no other records exist and it is determined that the accident was caused by a driver not listed on the contract, insurance will be invalidated.

INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES

Prices include Limited Use of Vehicles, Vehicle Maintenance Costs, Traffic Insurances, Full Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), and VAT. Excluded items include Fuel, Bridge and Toll Fees, Traffic Fines, as well as additional requests such as Baby Seats, Navigation Rental.

MEET & GREET

We will meet you with a sign prepared in your name at the Airport, Train Station, or Bus Terminal exit. For reservations delivered to an address or hotel, our staff will make the delivery at the specified time.

PAYMENT

Cash, bank transfer, and all major credit cards are accepted for rental payments.

DORUK RENT A CAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICES, TERMS, AND THE TYPES OF VEHICLES STATED IN THE TARIFF WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. CAR PHOTOS AND COLORS ARE REPRESENTATIONAL. VEHICLE COLORS MAY VARY FROM THE WEBSITE IN RENTALS.

TRAFFIC FINES

Turkish traffic laws allow speeds of up to 120km on highways, 90km on intercity roads, and 50km in urban areas. Please adhere to PARKING PROHIBITED signs when parking. The renter is responsible for traffic fines and legal liabilities resulting from non-compliance with traffic laws or actions attributable to the renter. Traffic fines received by Doruk Rent a Car after the vehicle has been returned will be passed on to the renter, and the relevant amount will be collected in cash from the renter. Any time spent detained by official or local authorities for any reason regarding the vehicles will be considered within the contract period.
